Our Work

Every project tells a story. Here's a look at some of the spaces we've had the privilege to bring to life - each one shaped by the people who'll use them and the land they sit on.

Kitsilano Residence

Kitsilano Residence

A net-zero family home that doesn't look like it's trying too hard. We worked with passive solar design and local timber to create something that fits right into the neighborhood while cutting energy costs by 85%.

Residential Sustainable
Commercial Office Tower

Yaletown Green Office

Eight stories of workspace that actually breathes. Living walls, rainwater harvesting, and enough natural light that you won't feel like you're stuck in a box all day. LEED Platinum certified.

Commercial Sustainable
Heritage Restoration Project

Gastown Heritage Building

Bringing a 1912 warehouse back to life while keeping its character intact. New seismic upgrades and modern systems hidden behind original brick and timber - that's the sweet spot we aimed for.

Heritage
Mountain Residence

Whistler Mountain Retreat

Built into the hillside with massive windows framing the peaks. The clients wanted to feel like they're camping out but, y'know, with heated floors and a proper kitchen.

Residential
Restaurant Interior

Granville Island Eatery

A 60-seat restaurant where reclaimed Douglas Fir meets industrial steel. Open kitchen, lots of natural light, and acoustics that let you actually have a conversation over dinner.

Commercial Sustainable
Laneway House

Main Street Laneway Home

Making 650 square feet feel spacious isn't magic - it's just careful planning. High ceilings, smart storage, and a green roof that actually helps cool the place in summer.

Residential Sustainable
Urban Planning Project

Olympic Village Plaza

Public space redesign focusing on pedestrian flow and green infrastructure. Added bioswales, better seating, and lighting that makes people actually want to hang out after dark.

Urban Planning Sustainable
Waterfront Residence

West Vancouver Waterfront

Three generations under one roof, each with their own space but connected where it matters. The view's pretty killer too - we made sure every room gets a piece of it.

Residential
Retail Space

Robson Street Boutique

Retail space that adapts to different uses throughout the year. Modular fixtures, flexible lighting, and a storefront that draws people in without being too flashy.

Commercial
Church Conversion

Mount Pleasant Church Conversion

Turned a 1920s church into mixed-use space - community center downstairs, artist studios up top. Kept the stained glass and timber trusses because honestly, they don't make 'em like that anymore.

Heritage Sustainable
Passive House

North Shore Passive House

Our first certified Passive House project. Super-insulated, airtight, but doesn't feel stuffy. The heating bill last winter? Under $200 for the whole season.

Residential Sustainable
Coworking Space

Strathcona Co-Working Hub

Flexible workspace that adapts to how people actually work now. Quiet zones, collaboration areas, and a kitchen that's become the heart of the place. All powered by rooftop solar.
